Starting a return is a breeze—just email us at shop@annakarinna.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization won't be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you find any defects damages, or if there's a mix-up with your items. We're here to evaluate the issue and make things right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
While most items are returnable, there are a few exceptions. Custom-made products and personal care items can't be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Just return the item as described above. Once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the refund status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing time depends on your bank or credit card company.
