Because our merino wool fibers are only 19 microns thick, 4 times thicker than human hair. Merino wool can be as soft as cashmere fibers.
Odor Resistant
Merino wool absorbs all odor molecules and only releases them upon washing; you’ll feel fresh all day long. Merino wool is unique in that its naturally antibacterial, absorbing odor caused by bacteria trapping their smell and keeping them from building up. You can wear Merino wool odor-resistant clothing for longer without having to worry about smelling.
Super Fine and Soft
Merino wool is much softer and finer than regular wool. It has a delicate touch even for the most sensitive skins. It's so soft. Really soft.
Durable
It is 6 times stronger than cotton. Each fiber can be bent over 20.000 times, unlike cotton that breaks after 3.200.
Care for your Merino Wool clothes:
The recommended care instructions for your wool garment are as follows:
-
Dry cleaning is recommended, or you can choose to wash it using the wool program on your washing machine with cold water. Alternatively, you can hand wash it with cold water.
-
Do not bleach the garment, and avoid using fabric softener when washing.
-
Do not use a hot iron on the garment.
If using a washing machine, select the wool program and use mild soap. Hot water should be avoided, as it may cause the wool to shrink. Bleach should be avoided as it can damage the Merino wool fibers, and fabric softener should not be used as it can coat the fibers and reduce their ability to naturally manage moisture and regulate body temperature.
While it is possible to tumble-dry most of our Merino wool products, we recommend air-drying to minimize your environmental impact and extend the lifespan of the garment. Lay your wool clothes flat to dry.
